UrbanLife+ is the name of the research project on which the development managers from Stuttgart and Cologne have been working since November 2015.
From March 14 to 17, 2017, real estate industry decision-makers and experts will meet at the MIPIM international trade fair in Cannes. Current trends and challenges facing the industry will at the top of the agenda. As an innovation driver and market leader, the focus topic for Drees & Sommer the digitization of the real estate industry.
Drees & Sommer now combines interactive content and media in a comprehensive app. Nowadays, information and interaction go increasingly hand in hand. For some time now, Drees & Sommer has been responding to this trend: many of the corporate media are now available as eJournals, or in the form of animations and films.
A new and sustainable city district is to be built across an area the size of 250 football pitches in Freiham, Bavaria. Upon final completion, the new district will provide housing for more than 20,000 people and create around 7,500 jobs.
